Allagash Interlude

Belgian farmhouse ale with brettanomyces yeast.

9.5%abv

Brett aroma dominates. Flavor is rich but balanced. Subtle hint of sourness. Quite tasty, perhaps my favorite of the night so far -- the first witbier is up there too though.
