Hoppy Monday

Harvested the first hops of the season tonight.  These pics show about 2/3rds of one if my Mt. Hood plants. They look and smell quite good. Hopefully the other plants are similar.

Hoppy Farmhouse Ale
Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales, Dexter, Michigan

Pours clear amber, with a fluffy white head that lasts.

Aroma is hoppy and a bit funky/sour, in a good way.

Flavor is bright and crisp, with medium malt, and just a hint of sourness.

Finish is bitter, with a lingering astringency.

A yummy, funky farmhouse brew.

Is this Oregon or Idaho?

It's hard to tell from the great Oregon beer choices. It definitely wouldn't be bad living here!
